This leader serves as the primary catalyst for helping people move from attending church to actively engaging in the community. The Community Engagement Pastor develops and strengthens strategic partnerships throughout the Greater Rochester area, oversees the church’s global partnerships, creates clear pathways for congregational involvement, and equips volunteer leaders to extend the church’s impact locally and globally. As the champion of the church’s Community Engagement strategic objective, this pastor serves as both visionary leader and practitioner, ensuring community engagement is woven throughout the life of the church.

This person will provide administrative, logistical, and communication support for Care & Support Ministries. This role ensures smooth ministry operations while serving as a compassionate first point of contact for those seeking care.

Autumn Ridge Church is seeking an individual to serve as our Care & Support Coordinator to further the mission of Autumn Ridge Church. The role will help the Care & Support Pastor facilitate their pastoral duties, primarily through leadership, coordination, and strategic oversight of the Care & Support Ministry. This role ensures that individuals and families experience meaningful care through well-organized ministries, strong volunteer teams, and effective ministry systems. This role partners closely with the Care & Support Pastor to implement ministry vision, develop leaders, and continuously improve care pathways.

Autumn Ridge Church is seeking an individual to serve as our Evenings & Weekends Facility Associate, providing support to the ministries and groups that utilize the space during those times. In partnership with the Facilities Team, this individual will help to create irresistible environments that both the church and community utilize. This individual will have an attitude of readiness to serve, assist, and provide for the needs of those in the facility. This individual will also have the awareness and foresight to see how to prepare for those who will arrive on the campus the following morning. This position will have direct interaction with people from all contexts and backgrounds. We are looking for a self-starter who can anticipate needs before they are requested. Our new Evenings & Weekends Facility Associate should have an evident passion for serving God, a problem-solving attitude, a desire for people to feel welcomed on our campus.
