The Christian life comes down to one thing: knowing Jesus more deeply every day. We all desire that—to seek Him, to know Him, to love Him. But how do we actually grow in that? This fall and winter, our Tuesday night study will take us on a deep dive into the Gospel of John, exploring Jesus’ own words and discovering who He says He is, what He does, and what that means for you.

New to studying the Bible or just want to explore what the class is like?  We’ll begin with a two‑week study titled “I AM: The Identity of Jesus.” Together we’ll walk through the “I AM” statements in John—such as “I am the Bread of Life,” “I am the Door of the Sheep,” and “I am the Vine”—to understand what Jesus meant when He spoke these truths about Himself. After these two weeks, we’ll begin our chapter‑by‑chapter study through the Gospel of John. You’re welcome to join us just for the two‑week study, but we hope you’ll be encouraged to continue as we continue exploring the entire gospel.

Class begins Tuesday, September 15, meeting weekly in the Luther Room from 7:00–8:30pm. The study is open to both men and women.

Our format includes weekly homework, followed by leader overview and group discussion. While you’re welcome to attend without completing the homework, we highly encourage purchasing the workbooks at Christos Bookcenter. Please have Week One (Lessons 1–6) completed before our first class on September 15.
