Leadership is a destination of discipleship.
At Autumn Ridge, we believe every follower of Jesus is called to lead in serving others. That’s why we’re excited to invite all our volunteers to the Lead, Develop, Care leadership training workshop this fall and winter. This half-day experience will equip you with a simple, proven framework to help you lead effectively in your ministry and beyond, because growing as a leader is an essential part of growing as a disciple.

What is Lead, Develop, Care?
The class focuses on three core responsibilities of every leader: Lead, Develop, and Care. Rather than giving you abstract theories or a random “grab bag” of tips, it provides a practical, step-by-step process to leadership success. This framework helps leaders accomplish the mission, develop their team, and care for each person they lead.  In other words, to set direction, invest in people’s growth, and value each individual.  You can learn more about Lead, Develop, Care on the home page.  Lead, Develop, Care.

Time: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (half-day workshop, lunch provided)

Location: Autumn Ridge Church campus (Rochester, MN) – LDC will be held in the large cafe immediately to the left of the auditorium.

Cost: FREE! (No cost to attend, thanks to our church’s investment in our volunteers.)

Who: All Autumn Ridge volunteers in any ministry role, whether you lead a team, lead a small group, or simply want to influence others for Christ, this training is for you!
