Thank you for being a key part of ensuring that our Spring Big Boxes reach the kids and families who need them most! This team needs every member to make it successful, and we appreciate your commitment to volunteering.

The timeline:

• April 11-12 – Big Boxes launch to the congregation.
• April 18-19 – Any remaining big boxes are available in the lobby for pickup. 
• April 25-26 –  Big boxes will begin to be returned FILLED back to ARC. We will have volunteers receive them in the Main lobby and Men’s Ministry helping with the drive-up option in the Gym lobby.
• May 2-3 – Big boxes need to be returned back to ARC by Sunday, May 3rd at the latest. We will have volunteers receive them in the Main lobby and Men’s Ministry helping with the drive-up option in the Gym lobby.

Please choose the date(s) and time(s) that work best for your schedule. There are a few different roles you can choose when it comes to volunteering:

• Big Box Lobby Host – these people are a friendly face as congregation members choose to take an empty box. They answer any questions people may have regarding filling the box.
• Big Box Receivers – these people show gratitude to our congregation members who are returning full boxes. They thank people for filling them and offer to help bring the boxes to the gym area for storage until we can sort them.
